These Terms govern your use of the unLooper app. By using the app, you agree to them.

1. The app

unLooper provides guided self‑reflection tools and an AI‑assisted thought‑mapping canvas, for personal, non‑commercial use.

2. Not a medical or crisis service

unLooper is not a medical, psychological, diagnostic or emergency service and does not provide professional advice. If you may be in danger, contact local emergency services immediately.

3. Subscriptions & payment

Full access requires an auto‑renewing subscription (Yearly or Monthly). Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. It renews automatically for the same price and period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings; deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Purchases are processed by Apple; refunds are handled by Apple.

4. Acceptable use

Don’t misuse, disrupt or reverse‑engineer the app, or use it unlawfully. AI features must not be used to generate unlawful or harmful content.

5. Your content

Content you create stays on your device (see the Privacy Policy). You are responsible for your content and your own backups via export.

6. Intellectual property

The app, its design and name are owned by us and protected by law. These Terms grant no rights to our trademarks or branding.

7. Disclaimers

The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties, to the maximum extent permitted by law. AI suggestions may be inaccurate; your decisions are your own.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
